Well, I'm very happy to report that my first ever Ultimate Weight Loss teleclass with Chef AJ was ah-maze-ing! Thank you to everyone who called in to listen. The feedback on it was very inspiring--enough to make AJ and I want to schedule the next one for June right away. Look out for details on the night and time. The focus of that class is going to be how to maintain this WOE (way of eating) while travelling, in restaurants, and at other peoples' houses--basically anytime you are outside of your own home.
