but rather
"How do I want to feel?"
If you start asking yourself that when you are hungry, it's a game changer.
Do I want to feel energized?
Do I want to feel sluggish?
Do I want to feel comfortably satiated?
Do I want to feel overly full?
Do I want to feel constipated?
Do I want to feel good in my clothes?
Do I want to feel mad?
Do I want to feel happy?
If you can change the question you ask yourself when you are hungry, you have the power to change everything.
