Here we are in St Peter Port, Guernsey today. It's a short visit, only half a day, which is a shame because it's lovely. We had to tender in because the water breaks at the harbour wouldn't cope with cruise ships - usually I don't like the tender process but today it went well.
We wandered through the town on our own rather than doing a tour, and visited the La Vallette Underground Military Museum. It wasn't very large, but nor was it expensive and they had some fascinating memorabilia from the German occupation in World War II.
It's been a beautiful day, much better weather than we expected - hopefully that will last!
Food today:

Lunch: buffet
Dinner:
Applewood smoked duck breast
Creamy asparagus soup
