Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- In a blender conbine all the ingredients.
- Pulse until dough forms.
- Place dough between two sheets of parchment or baking paper.
- Roll out to about 1/16 inch thickness.
- Cut into crackers, using knife or cookie cutter.
- Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake at 180degC for 12-14 minutes.
- Serve. ( or store in airtight container)
