- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder ( or green and blacks cocoa powder )
- pinch of himalayan rock salt
- 2/3 cup dates
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the walnuts, cacao powder and salt into the food processor and blend until the mixture forms a sticky paste.
- Keep scraping down the sides as you go.
- Add the dates and the honey
- Blend again until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared lined tray with a spatula.
- Make sure its compacted well.
