Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 avocado
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
1 red chilli chopped
juice of a handful of cherry tomatoes
1 spring onion finely chopped
Method
Remove the flesh from the avocado
Place all ingredients in the blender and Mix
To serve
Put in a bowl and add some chopped spring onion as a garnish
