An Interview with Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., M.D.
by Mark Huberman

On Wednesday, January 18, 2012, my wife Wanda and I (along with my 93 years young mom, Ruth) had the privilege of hosting a dinner for the renowned Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and his dynamic wife, Ann.
