Ingredients
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 tsp himalayan rock salt
- 1 Tbsp dried Basil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Egg white
- 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp melted coconut oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180degC.
- In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients, ground almonds, salt and herbs.
- In a small bowl mix the wet ingredients, egg, water, olive oil and coconut oil.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and combine until dough forms.
- Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll to to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and remove the top piece of parchment paper.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with dip of your choice
You can store in air tight container.
