Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls frozen blueberries
- Scoop of protein powder
- Almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp flakseed
- Water or Ice
- Large handful of fresh spinach
- For those taking carbs in morning or fruit post workout and okay with high sugar fruit then banana is also an optional add.
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the blender or smoothie maker.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Pour into glass or on the go drinks bottle.
