Ingredients
- 2 and 3/4 cup of ground almonds
- 1/4 tsp himalayan rock salt
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of gluten free baking powder
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- handful of sunflower seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180degC.
- In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients, almonds, salt, baking powder and raisins
- In a small bowl combine the wet ingredients, eggs, agave, apple cider vinegar.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and roll out to about 8 inch diameter and 1-1.5 inch thickness.
- Score the top of the dough with a serrated knife forming a cross :)
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180degC for 20 minutes
- Turn off oven and leave in for a further 10 minutes.
- Cool bread for about 30 minutes and slice and serve.
