Ingredients
- 300g Turkey Breast Steaks
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3-4cm piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 3-4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 6-8 florets broccoli , halved
- coconut oil for frying
Method
- Cut the turkey into thin strips and put them into a large bowl.
- Add the garlic, ginger, chill, spring onions.
- Add the oil and stir well.
- Cover and leave to marinade for few hours.
- Lightly steam the broccoli.
- Heat a large pan until very hot and add some coconut oil.
- Put the marinated turkey and ingredients into the pan and add the broccoli.
- Stir fry the ingredients together until the meat is cooked through.
Could serve this on its own or with the Cauliflower Rice
